I recently had the pleasure of attending the Toronto symphony orchestra's performance of steven reineke's 'the music of alan menken' at Roy Thomson Hall Ticketstorontoca.com Toronto Symphony Orchestra: Steven Reineke - The Music Of Alan Menken. It was an incredible experience! The orchestra's musicians were superb and the arrangements of menken's classic songs were beautiful and powerful. The audience was enthralled and the atmosphere was electric. Reineke's conducting was masterful and the audience was able to appreciate the nuances of each of the pieces. The concert was an absolute delight, and I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys classical music and film scores.
